BIJY Designs is a partnership of Beth Immekus and Jessica York-Cochran from St. Louis, Missouri. Beth is a wife of over twenty years, mother of two boys ages 12 and 10, and a certified court reporter. Jessica is newly married and mother of a new baby boy. She's also a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University in graphic design as well as MA in Marketing from Webster University, and juggles a graphic design career along with other artistic endeavors.

Our Cross My Heart Collection contains original designs combining a cross and heart. Our pendant is sterling silver, made in the USA, and price include 18" sterling silver box chain. Our beaded bracelet is an adjustable 8" size containing Bali silver, Swarovski crystals, and fiber optic cats eyes. All of our products are beautifully displayed in our unique packaging with keepsake card. Many customers are laminating their keepsake cards and adding fun tassels to make them great bookmark keepsakes!
BIJY Designs dreams big! Although this is a new endeavor, we are ready to grow. As you share our Cross My Heart Collection with friends and family and they come to know us, we will be adding new pieces with a purpose. Our vision is to connect with various organizations supporting breast cancer survival, grief counseling, our military troops – the list will grow as we do. As our customers share strength with the ones they love through our products, we want to share financial strength to organizations that provide so much to those who need it most.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
BIJY Designs ships purchases via United States Postal Service providing a variety of three shipping methods. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method upon checkout of your order.
First Class Mail: 2-5 day delivery, $3.15;
Priority Mail: 2-3 day delivery, $6.50;
Overnight: Normally next day, $18.15;
Please allow normal processing times of 1-3 days to be included for time of receipt.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses: If you prefer your order to be shipped to a location other than the billing address, BIJY Designs will be happy to accomodate this request. Please specify the delivery address you desire when checking out during the ordering process.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
BIJY Designs strives to ensure all products meet customer expectations. However, if you prefer an exchange or full refund, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice included with your purchase. Your feedback is very important to us.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. Items that have been damaged or altered in any way after receipt cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Altering of our pieces includes being worn, resized or engraved. Altering of the packaging includes marking in any fashion and/or disconnecting the Keepsake Card.
Exchanging Items:
Exchanging an item is easy. Simply return the item and upon our receipt your account will be credited the exact amount of that item less shipping and handling. You may apply that credit to any selection of your choice and the order will be processed. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you.
Instructions for Returning Items:
Please ensure protection when shipping. We have included the following steps for assistance.
(1) Place product in original box -- please do not return jewelry in an envelope;
(2) Include a copy of original receipt or write original order number on included piece of paper;
(3) Ship the item to: BIJY Designs, LLC, 7203 Picasso Drive, Dardenne Prairie, MO, 63368;
(4) Please call our customer service number if additional information is required.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed and processed within 15 business days. A credit will be issued to your credit card within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
